01 Who we are
This website is run by Monkey Republic Games, an independent game studio. If you have any question about your data, write to us and a real human will answer.
02 What we collect and why
Newsletter: your email, your language and where you signed up. We use it only to send you news about our games. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
Contact form: your name, email and message, only to answer you.
Orders: your name, email and shipping address, only to process and ship your order.
03 Analytics without cookies
We count visits with our own privacy-friendly system: no cookies, no third-party trackers and no IP addresses stored. Visits are grouped into anonymous daily totals that cannot identify you.
04 Cookies and local storage
We only use what the site needs to work: your language preference, your shopping cart session and your light/dark choice. No advertising cookies.
05 How long we keep it
Subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Messages and orders are kept as long as needed to help you and to meet legal obligations. Analytics totals are deleted after about a year.
06 Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services strictly needed to run the site (hosting and email delivery). We never sell your data.
07 Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
